General Summary:
Land survey or construction layout experience is REQUIRED.
Minimum 5 years’ experience with Trimble Geospatial field and office software is highly preferred (Trimble Access, Survey Pro, Trimble Business Center, Trimble GNSS, Trimble robotic total stations, Trimble DiNi levels, Trimble MGIS products, etc.). If you do not have this experience, please do not apply.

The Technical Support Specialist provides timely and accurate troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. They will analyze, resolve, and maintain both hardware and software for our customers. This individual will interact with end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
Essential Functions:
Technical Support
• Handles technical support phone calls and emails;
• Assists with walk-in customers;
• Ensures high customer satisfaction levels;
• Record all technical issues and resolutions in Business Central.

Installation
• Prepares new/used equipment for installation after sale is completed and assists sales managers with installation/training when needed. Overnight travel may be required.

Rental Support
• Checks in all rental equipment to ensure proper billing and accurate inventory within Business Central;
• Coordinates and prepares all outgoing rentals according to order specifications in a timely manner that ensures minimal shipping costs;
• Prioritizes customer need for rental equipment and manages rental schedules.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Land survey or construction layout experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Trimble Geospatial field and office software is highly preferred: Trimble Access, Survey Pro, Trimble Business Center, Trimble GNSS, Trimble robotic total stations, Trimble DiNi levels, Trimble MGIS products, etc.;
• Basic understanding of land survey field procedures is a plus;
• Basic understanding of MGIS data collection is a plus;
• Computer literacy required. Knowledge of MS office.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
